Method of extraction: Steam distillation
Color: A colorless to yellow tinged liquid with fresh, soft, floral, herbaceous aroma

Methods of use :
Bath :
Hot tubs - add 6-8 drops to the water and disperse it well with your hand. Essential oil are not water soluble and may leave a residue in or around your tub.
Shower - add 1-5 drops, wash usual. Then drop the essential oil onto the washcloth or sponge and rub it briskly over the body as you continue to stand under the running water. Breath in the aromatic steam through your nose. Avoid face and the delicate membrance areas.
Foot - add 5-8 drops in a bowl of water. FIll in a large bowl with warm water and add the essential oil, dispersing it well with your hand. Soak the feet for a maximum of 20 minutes.
Compresses :
Add 3-10 drops of essential oils. Compresses can be hot or cold. Broadly speaking, hot compresses are used on muscular aches and pains, while cold is used for any inflamed or swollen area, including sprains and strains. Hot increases circulation to the area while cold can decreased. Place the essential oil in a half cup of water (hot or cold), and then dampen the cloth in the cup, collecting the essential oil onto the cloth, squeeze out the excess water and place over the problematic area.
Diffuse:
Depending on the size of the diffuser, it can be candle or ultrasonic. Add the desire drops of essential oil onto to the dish or water tank and diffuse accordingly.
Dilution :
5 drops of essential oil to 10 drops of carrier oil this methods is used in case of acute infection, when high concentration of essential oil is required but where neat essential oil would not be appropriate. Simply apply to the affected area.
Inhalation :
Put steaming hot water in a bowl and add the 3-5 drops of essential oil. Cover the head with the towel, which should be large enough to reach over the sides of the bowl. Keep the face 30cm away from the water and close both eye. Inhale the steam through the nose , with each inhalation lasting around 2-3 seconds. Repeat as needed but no more than 5-10 minutes per session.
Lotion and cream, massage oil :
Add 10 drops to each 30ml unscented lotion or cream, apply directly.
